"In 2008, a desperate father Drasius Kedys contacted many Lithuanian organizations, police and child protection services stating that his five year old daughter Deimante Kedyte was sexually molested by three men, while she was visiting her mother Laimute Stankunaite at weekends. The mother used to sell her daughter for these men's sexual desires. The father had the custody of his daughter, and both parents were never married.

The first molester that the girl described to her father, and to the institutions, was Jonas Furmanavicius - Judge of Kaunas district court, the second one Andrius Usas - he used to be an assistant of one chairman of the Sejm, and at that time he was a businessman, and third one was Aidas, a person that no one could identify, but the girl always mentioned him.

The girl also told that she wasn't the only girl who was being molested by these men. It's her cousin, about the same age girl (who's name I can't remember). She was brought by Stankunaite's sister – V.Naruseviciene, and these two girls were sold for these men for couple of hours.

While child protection services, after talking with the girl and doing psychological expertise, stated that the girl showed all signs of being molested and they couldn't determine that the girl was lying, even after such results, none of the suspects (Including the mother of the girl) were arrested, no action was taken from the institutions to put them to jail, and this whole case quietly was postponed, hoping one day to dismiss it.

If this would be an ordinary case, when a child is being sexually molested, the molester would be dealt with instantly, and would be expected to go to jail for minimum 9 years. But these suspects were very respectful citizens of Lithuania, working in "high places", having contacts in institutions and a lot of money. And well… money is everything today. In Lithuania money and corruption rule everything, even the law.

Since no action was taken, molesters ran free. The father, out of desperation taped his little girl, where she was explaining what she has gone through. You can see the whole video here, taped on 2009. It's quite disturbing.

He then sent this video tape, along with the letter, to many institutions in Lithuania and EU. I was searching for this letter, and the only few copies that I could find are these

The father also aired in popular TV shows of Lithuania, and this story got more and more public, people heard about it. The father told his story with anger, explaining what's going on and that these pedophiles didn't receive any punishment, and that this whole case is driving him insane as a father, who can't get any justice to be done after his little girl was sexually used.
He also stated very clear in one of the tv shows:

"I'm desperate, I have finally moved this big Pedophile clan, but obviously they don't want the truth to come out in the public. I will fight till the end, I will not give up, from now on this is my job, I will hunt them down if I have to."


But even after all this effort was made to stop the suspects, no serious action was yet taken by the State.

In 2009 the 5th of October, one of the suspects – J.Furmanavicius was assaulted and shot while he was in his car, driving from his house to the street. His car was blocked from behind by another car. A man jumped from the car and instantly shot the judge.
In the matter of minutes, the same man who committed this crime, drove to Stankunaites sister V. Naruseviciene and shot her as well. After this, police tried to catch this man, but he escaped and no one could find him. It was thought that this was the father – Drasius Kedys, who committed these murders. After these killings, the father went missing.

Until 2010, the father was still missing, but at 10th of April, Drasius Kedys was found dead near riverside of Lithuania. Experts that examined his body made faulty statements saying the father has couched by his own vomit, but independent experts said that the man was tortured and different drugs were found in is blood.

The girl was staying with Drasius Kedys parents and his sister. Kedys sister is N. Venckiene – a lawyer (until this day she is a temporary patron of the girl by the court). The girl gave evidence many times but it seemed that no action was still taken to solve this whole case.

The second suspect Andrius Usas was still alive. He told that he knows a lot of information, but if he will tell it, he will be killed. He also told that he knows who the third man Aidas is, but he was too afraid to reveal his identity, because that man could be a very high Politician or another Judge.

On 13th of June, Andrius Usas was found dead in a lake. It is strongly believed that this murder was planned, because Usas knew too much.


Since all the suspects were eliminated, as well as the father, the case was out of control. The mother, even until this day, was never sentenced because of selling her daughter, she is accused of that, but the case is postponed.

After the death of Usas, the mother Stankunaite hired bodyguards because she was worried of her own life. Since 2010 she tries to get her daughter back.

The main reason why I write this story, is that on 22nd of March 2012, court released an act, stating that the girl needs to return to her mother. Which is completely insane, the case of the mother having contacts with pedophiles and selling her daughter is not yet solved, and now they give the girl back to her!

And the girl clearly tells that she doesn't want to go back to the mother, she's afraid and wants to stay with her grandparents and Kedys sister. But alas, no one listens to what the girl wants (she's 8 by now).

On 23th of March, the mother, being lead by security and bailiff, entered the house where the girl and her grandparents lived and tried to take the girl and give her back to the mother. At that time, one worker of Child care was at present, having her usual visit with the girl. All turned into a big fight, because the grandparents weren't notified of this, as well as the child care.

The girl screamed that she doesn't want to leave, the grandmother didn't let her go. They tried to take the girl by force, injuring her physically and emotionally. The girl screamed at the top of her lungs: "I don't want to go with you mother, I hate you, you pedophile!"
But mother didn't care, she tried to grab the girl by her belly, by her neck and legs.
Only the woman from Child care stopped this, yelling at everyone to stop and leave, because the physical power is being used against the girl. The girl was not given to her mother, but bailiff have confirmed that they will soon return and will take the girl, whether she wants that or not. That's the act that was taken by the court, and they have to follow it.

Even until this day people are staying day and night outside their house, there are hundreds of them now, everyone is prepared to not give the girl back to her mother. Lithuania is shocked by this, and Stankunaite is one of the most hated women in Lithuania.

The president also issued a statement saying there should be no power used against the girl, but whoever this third man Aidas is he will do anything in his power to take this girl because she is the only witness in this Pedophile Scandal. And once she will be returned to the mother two of them will disappear and only God knows if she stays alive.
